????? 超氧化物歧化酶對機(jī)體的氧化與抗氧化平衡起著至關(guān)重要的作用。此酶能清除超氧陰離子自由基,保護(hù)細(xì)胞免受損傷,本試劑盒采用黃嘌呤氧化酶法(羥胺法)測定SOD活力??蓽y血清(漿)、腦脊液、胸水、腹水、腎透析液、尿液、精液、紅細(xì)胞、白細(xì)胞、血小板、心肌培養(yǎng)細(xì)胞、腫瘤培養(yǎng)細(xì)胞、各種動(dòng)植物組織細(xì)胞、及亞細(xì)胞水平(線粒體、微粒體)中的SOD活力,并可檢測微生物、藥物、食品、飲料、化妝品中的SOD活力。

2、取樣量微:本法取手指或耳垂等末梢血20ul~50ul即可測紅細(xì)胞中的SOD,只需2ml靜脈血可測白細(xì)胞中的SOD及血小板中SOD,只需50mg左右組織就可測組織勻漿、胞漿中的SOD,0.2g組織可測線粒體及微粒體中的SOD。
3、靈敏度高:IC50=0.05g/ml,是鄰苯三酚法的18倍。
